Course Overview:
Tender documentation training in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector is a competence-critical program, not a general procurement course. It focuses on enabling participants to interpret tender requirements, structure compliant submissions, align with regulatory bodies, and produce technically and commercially responsive bids that can pass evaluation by operators, regulators, and IOCs.

Because oil and gas tenders are governed by strict regulatory and contractual frameworks, particularly those of Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) and Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) training must be practical, document-driven, and evidence-based. The objective is not awareness, but the ability to submit winning, compliant tenders.
