NipeX (Nigerian Petroleum Exchange) is an electronic one-stop transaction center, Its a division of NAPIMS, a Corporate Service Unit of NNPC that improves on value procurement in the oil and gas industry and institutionalizes world-class contracting processes in Nigeria.
The electronic contracting platform uses product codes to identify the type of products and services a contractor will have as an option and whether it is permitted to operate in the Nigerian oil and gas sector. It links Buyers and Suppliers by establishing industry-wide standards for business transactions, and provides a comprehensive suite of capabilities, which includes a platform for showcasing tender opportunities.

- Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) – Certificate of Incorporation
- Form CAC 02) – Statement of share capital and return of allotment of shares
- Form CAC 07) – particulars of Directors
- Annual returns with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC10)
- Certificate of Registration of Increase in Share Capital (if applicable)
- Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Registration and Current Remittance with Industrial Training Fund (ITF)
- Evidence registration Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF).
- Evidence of Pension Fund Administrator and current remittance (Pencom)
- Evidence of Group Life insurance policy
- Evidence of Registration with Federal Inland Revenue Services (FIRS)
- Current Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC)
- Audited account for last three (3) years
- Evidence of Medical Retainership with a clinic/hospital or HMO
- Registration with NCDMB (NOGIC JQS)
- Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON) Membership Certificate
- Bank reference addressing to NIPEX
